new public race?

i remember this was a race that alot of people use to like from a different wcs server i played.

4skills/5levels


Covert agent: eagle eye-15% chance to do 180% more dmg
piercing shot-35%chance to knock off 30 armor
undercover-20-100% chance to be diguised
ultimate:infiltrate-switch with a random enemy.

please concider this i think alot of the players will enjoy this.

It would look better if it was in race ideas
