3. {OPTIONAL} Description of what happened:
gifted keeps barricading himself into small areas or other things, its retarded because we have to find him and most of the time he has it impossible to kill him AND it delays the round to extreme measures. Even yesterday Tempest was on T and he was on CT so they killed all the other people except themselves and started to build a house with Tempest which made the dead people leave. gifted keeps doing stuff like that and its annoying. Most of the time when he does it its like in the demo I provided and as I see it, its breaking the rule of no camping as mentioned here. And also Mini Turtle is the ONLY race he plays, if he goes onto another race its usually very OP.

Ive been experiencing barricades or "blocks" on maps, that restrict from going somewhere. Happened a lot last night and just got mad about it. Ive seen stuff like this happen a lot.

i will also add a rule that says, no exessive prop cading
