Respawn has been nurfted to 25% instead of 40% for premium mod.
Reason:people respawn way to much in a round when half the time u can't even kill them the first time =) haha

For the premium menu opening???
Why the hell would you want a "chance" of opening a menu with many commands when your focused on one?

lol, not its not like that, you open the menu by typing !premium
the setting that was changed was: respawn
when you die, you get a 40% change that a respawn menu will come up, you can hit yes to respawn, or no not to respawn. if you hit yes, your respawn and ther is no %. the % is only for the option to popup.
