WCS League -
The WCS Elements League is a first attempt to create competitive gameplay in an enhanced world with all sorts of Warcraft: Source features like races, shopitems, ultimates and more.
We organizers of this league did our very best to balance the races and shopitems so the wars will be fair and the outcome will depend on:

1. Skill
2. Communication
3. Use of races and the shopmenu during the matches

Wcs league is just like scriming, but with wcs involved =).
