server restart request

ok dawg i was wondering if i could restart the server along with you death and straw. you may be asking why would i want to. ill tell you why when you and death are offline and straw the wcs reg server might be on a bad map and it will stay there until one of you come on . mostly, it was on the map test_sound for almost the whole day once and i was online and i could do nothing about it
