SERVER UPDATE

Races:
Deleted Oddity Drug Pusher(causing player on race to get druged)
Fixed spiderman skin Smile
Added new members to IG Clan races

!rules menu:
Fixed to show the rest of the rules of the server
Fixed admin section in !rules

Comming soon:
About 20 more races(will be lower leveled races so it should help you get to higher levels)

i know im working on it as hard as i can. i have no clue what is wrong with it. you can't spawn or even change maps. so stupid. if i don't fine the fix then the server will be down for a while. if if i don't have find the error, ill have to re make the server

however it does still crash a few times
